Church Life

Our church life includes activities that help individuals from young to old become strong Christians. These activities include opportunities for fellowship, doctrinal instruction classes, and Bible studies for every age group.  Visitors are always welcome to attend these events!

Bible Studies

Adult Bible Study

This study is intended for adult members of the congregation. We meet alternate Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.

Young Adult’s Bible Study

Young adults of college age and older meet together on alternate Thursdays at 7:30 p.m.

ladies’ Bible Study

Ladies gather to study together on alternate Wednesday mornings at 8:45 a.m. Nursery is provided for infants through preschoolers.

Men’s Society

Men gather to study together on alternate Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m.

Discussion Groups

A few times a year, small groups of adults meet together in each other’s homes to discuss subjects relating to the Christian’s daily walk with the Lord.

Choral Society

Praising God through song, this society meets each Sunday morning at 11:10 a.m. from September to April. Two programs are presented each year.

Children & Youth Groups

CATECHISM CLASSES

From the end of August to March, the youth of the congregation have systematic Bible and doctrinal catechism instruction in order to preserve and transmit the truth to the next generation.

Tuesday, 8:30 a.m., ages 6-8, Bible Stories for Beginners
Tuesday, 9:15 a.m., ages 9-10, Old or New Testament for Juniors
Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., ages 11-12, Old or New Testament for Seniors
Tuesday, 10:45 a.m., ages 13-14, Heidelberg Catechism
Tuesday, 7:45 a.m., ages 15-16, Essentials of Reformed Doctrine

Sunday School

Sunday School takes place during June, July, and August on Sunday mornings at 11:10 AM. The classes are provided for children from pre-school through eighth grade.

Young People’s Society

Young people of high school age and older study together on Sunday mornings at 11:10 a.m. from September through April.

Pre-Confession Class

High school seniors and others interested in becoming members of Loveland Protestant Reformed Church.

Committees to Assist Others

helping hands

Expresses the communion of saints by organizing and providing physical assistance, such as meals, to those in need.

Transportation Committee

Assists with transportation to and from church.

Technology Committee

Maintains the audio-visual equipment and conducts the broadcasting of worship services.

Nursery Committee

Cares for and maintains the nursery used during Sunday worship services for children under the age of 2. This includes making a schedule of nursery attendants.

Security and First Aid Committee

Trains to provide security and medical assistance during Sunday worship services.
